What is the process for securing a slot?
- Go to https://www.papja.pap.ph, click Buy Ticket and choose between single and multiple tickets.
- Input required details then click place order.
- Choose payment method (Dragon Pay).
- You will be redirected to the payment channel, input required details then proceed with the payment.
- The system will process your payment and will notify you as soon as it's complete. Please do not close or refresh the page while the process is not yet finished. The process will only take approximately 10 - 15 seconds.
- Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email together with a unique barcode which you will use as an e-ticket to the actual event.
How to purchase single ticket?

- Fill out the form including your desired number of tickets and click place order.
- Choose payment method (Dragon Pay).
- You will be redirected to the payment channel, input required details then proceed with the payment.
- The system will process your payment and will notify you as soon as its complete. Please do not close or refresh the page while the process is not yet finished. The process will only take approximately 10 - 15 seconds.
- Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email together with a unique barcode which you will use as an e-ticket to the actual event.
- You will have to assign the tickets you purchased to each individual member of your group or team. To do this, go to https://www.papja.pap.ph, and click sign in. Use the login credentials you created when you bought the ticket.
- Upon login, click My Tickets in the left panel.
- Click Assign and fill out the form for the person you want to assign the ticket.
- Click assign button to complete the assignment.
- Repeat steps 8 - 10 for each individual member of your group or team.
- Each person you assigned ticket to will receive a confirmation email together with a unique barcode and login credentials.
- Download Template
- fill out form (Do not Modify)
- Save
- Click Bulk Assign Ticket
- Click Import XLS
- Click Validate and Continue and wait for the confirmation "All data is valid and unique. Please confirm for bulk insertion"
- Click Bulk Assign Ticket again
- Click the box and Save & Continue
- Each person listed in the template will receive a confirmation email together with login credentials.
I put the wrong email for email reference.
If ever you put a different email as your email reference, kindly send us an email at papja.convention@gmail.com stating this. Include in your message your ticket code and the correct email reference you want to use.
Can I change my password/username/email reference?
Your username and password can be changed. Please be careful when inputting your password. Some devices auto-capitalize the first letters of your password.
Payment Procedures?
The options for payment is Dragonpay. Each procedure will have their own set of instructions that will be shown as you decide on a payment option. Please go to this link for further instructions: https://www.papja.pap.ph/
Are refunds accepted?
Tickets are non-refundable, however you may pass them on to others who wish to attend the event. You need to coordinate with the PAP Secretariat for the changes of ticket for another assignment of barcode or e-ticket.
What do I do if I have not paid before the deadline? (for Dragon Pay Transactions?)
The previous transaction will be considered void and you will have to create a new transaction here: https://www.papja.pap.ph/

Workshops
When will workshops be available?
List of workshop announcements will be posted on https://www.papja.pap.ph/. You can check the workshop list on the link.
Can I change my workshop after I've registered?
As soon as your account is activated, you can Log in to the PAPJA website and register to a workshop. Remember a student can only choose one workshop. Once the student register and click the button, the student have the option to change the workshop until the given deadline for workshop registration.
"User not found" / "Invalid password" / "Can't log in"
- If you forgot your password, you may reset it by clicking the Forgot Password link in the login screen.
- If you forgot the email you provided as your login credentials or if you submitted the wrong email address, you may contact us via email or chat support and we will set it for you.
How to enlist in a workshop?
- Login to your account then click Workshops in the side panel
- Click find workshops and you will be redirected to the list of workshops.
- Click a workshop to view the full details and if it interests you, simply click the register button.
What do I do if my workshop has been dissolved?
You will be delisted from that specific workshop and you will be given the opportunity to enlist to another workshop.
Contests
How to join in a contest
The mechanic in each contest is different. You will have to go to the Contests page to see the list of contest you're interested in to make sure your entry is accepted.
How do I know if my entry is accepted and qualified?
You will receive an email notification about the result of your entry.

Can you send me a soft copy of the certificate? We weren’t able to get it and we baldy need it for our practicum
You may access your certificate by logging in to your account then navigate to the certificate section. From there you will have the option to print or download your certificate.
